My Guarantee
If you purchase any product or service from ThisTimeIMeanIt.com and are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days, your full purchase price will be refunded. You can keep anything you have received (except the iPod on the Executive plan). If you cancel beyond 60 days, the pro-rated remaining amount will be refunded. The only exceptions to this guarantee are:
- If you have enrolled in the Gold or Executive plans, and have attended any seminars, $197 per seminar will be withheld.
- Any fees paid to for consulting or coaching beyond the stand membership fee for the chosen plan, as well as travel and meal expenses incurred on the Executive plan will not be refunded.
The bottom line is we want you to be happy. We will do what we can to ensure that you feel you got a worthwhile service at a fair price. That is our promise.
